According to this article in The Times, Belgium is a good bet for the World Cup 2014. In my opinion, it would have been an even better bet if they had managed to qualify for this year's WC. Or if they had come a little closer to qualifying. Still, could be worth a punt if you don't mind your money getting stuck for four years.
